The Value of Highlighting Unpopular Opinions

Sharing those alternative views allows me and others to make more effective decisions." -- Tom Sommer with a good reminder that we should focus on the tradeoffs, as we rarely know what is the "best" or "right" solution. Take more time to write the requirements and pains. Do the research to cover the options available. Make it public before you pick a decision, so others could add to it and challenge your thinking.
